What happens if I pay your fee and the doctor says he cannot write a favorable opinion?

As noted above, we cannot guarantee that our experts will be able to provide a favorable opinion. Although our experts are sympathetic and veteran-oriented, there are still limits to what can be said scientifically and ethically. If your case cannot be supported based on available evidence and current medicine or science, we will advise you. If this happens, we keep only $370 of your fee, which offsets our administrative costs in conducting an initial review. The balance would be refunded to you.
